Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the rules and procedures for the cancellation of orders placed on the Kokan Bajar platform (“Platform”). By placing an order, Customers agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Customer Cancellations

1.1 Customers may cancel an order before it has been accepted and processed by the Vendor.

1.2 Once an order has been accepted, packed, or dispatched by the Vendor, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

1.3 In the event of a successful cancellation before processing, any advance payment made shall be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

2. Vendor Cancellations

2.1 Vendors reserve the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable;
  2. Customer has provided incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable details;
  3. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.

2.2 In such cases, Customers shall be notified promptly, and any advance payment collected shall be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

3. Platform-Initiated Cancellations

3.1 Kokan Bajar reserves the right to cancel any order under the following conditions:

  1. Violation of Platform Terms & Conditions;
  2. Non-compliance by Vendor with product listing or fulfillment requirements;
  3. Legal or regulatory restrictions on the sale of specific products.

3.2 In such cases, Customers will be duly notified, and payments, if any, will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

4. Non-Cancellable Products

4.1 Certain categories of products, such as perishable goods, food items, and customized products, are strictly non-cancellable once an order has been placed.

5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
