Return Policy

This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on the Kokan Bajar platform (“Platform”). By placing an order, Customers agree to the terms herein.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Products may be returned if they are:

1. Defective, damaged, or faulty;
2. Incorrect or not as described in the product listing.

1.2 Returns are not accepted for:

1. Food products, eatables, or perishable goods where packaging has been opened, tampered, or consumed;
2. Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the Customer.

2. Return Process

2.1 Customers must raise a return request within seven (7) days of receiving the product.

2.2 Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, labels, and accessories intact.

2.3 Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Vendor in all eligible cases.

3. Verification of Returns

3.1 Returned products will be inspected by the Vendor upon receipt.

3.2 Only upon successful verification will the refund or replacement process be initiated.
