Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the issuance of refunds for orders placed through the Kokan Bajar platform (“Platform”).

1. Refund Conditions

1.1 Refunds shall be issued only if the returned product:

  1. Has been received back at the Vendor’s source; and
  2. Has been verified to be defective, damaged, or otherwise eligible under the Return Policy.

1.2 Refunds are not applicable for food products or perishable goods where the packaging has been tampered or opened.

2. Refund Timeline

2.1 Vendors shall process refunds within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

2.2 Refunds shall be issued via the original mode of payment unless otherwise mutually agreed between the Vendor and Customer.

3. Vendor Responsibility

3.1 Vendors are solely responsible for issuing refunds to Customers.

3.2 Kokan Bajar is only a facilitator of transactions and shall not be directly liable for refunds.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, Customers may escalate the issue to Kokan Bajar Support. However, final responsibility for refund rests with the Vendor.
