2. Identity information for Vendors: PAN, Aadhaar, Udyam Registration, business licenses.
3. Payment-related information such as bank account details, UPI ID, or wallet details.

1.2 Transactional Information

1. Order details, invoices, payment confirmations, and refunds.

1.3 Usage Information

1. Device information, IP address, browser type, mobile identifiers.
2. Logs relating to user activity on the Platform.

1.4 Cookies & Tracking

1. The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, and improving user experience.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

We process personal data for the following purposes:

1. To register Vendors and Customers on the Platform.
2. To enable order placement, processing, delivery, and returns.
3. To facilitate payments (direct to Vendors, and in the future, through Razorpay or other gateways).
4. To provide POS, Vendor App, and marketplace services.
5. To send important transactional communications, alerts, or support messages.
6. To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
7. For analytics, research, and promotional purposes.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

1. With Vendors: Customer details necessary for order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
2. With Logistics Providers: For shipment and delivery of products.
3. With Payment Processors: Such as Razorpay (future integration) for facilitating online transactions.
4. With Government and Legal Authorities: Where disclosure is required under applicable law.
5. With Employees or Service Providers: For operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

7.1 If a Vendor or Customer account is suspended or terminated under the Terms & Conditions, related data may be archived but not further processed, except as legally required.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. The Company shall not be responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review their policies separately.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Platform does not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years of age. Transactions by minors must be made through a guardian or legal representative.

10. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
